Return Policy

Unfortunately, there are no returns accepted. All sales are final.

If there is a chance that the order received does not match the description of the order purchased, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order. We may ask to have the item returned to us, so please do not discard the item.

Shipping

Delivery Methods within the U.S.

We offer various shipping methods to help you get your item. With each shipment, there will be an additional charge added to your total cost. Please email us at info@lifeincolors.com if you need your item shipped. In the email, please include the following:

Name of Recipient
Address
Suite number
Phone Number of Recipient
Email address of Recipient (to send tracking information)
Date needed in hands

We have several shipping methods within the United States: Local Courier (same day locally), Standard (within 7 business days) & Express (within 2 business days).

Local Courier

Our local couriers are a team of hired experts in which dedicate their time to help with delivering within 30 miles of our shop. If needed to have rush shipment method and are near our Miami shop, we can offer our local couriers to deliver your item within the same day as the product is ready. Please email us at info@lifeincolors.com if you need to have your item delivered the same day.

STANDARD

Our standard shipping will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 7 business days after the order is printed. In event of delay, you will be notified by email. Orders may be shipped by a variety of carriers and items ordered together, may not ship together. Some larger products require additional shipping time and are shipped by truck within the contiguous U.S. You (or the recipient) will be contacted by the shipping company to arrange for a convenient delivery time.

Express

For our Express shipments, we can deliver in the contiguous U.S. within 2 business days for most items. For oversized items, there may be an extra day added to the shipping time.

International Shipping

For shipping internationally, please email us at info@lifeincolors.com to add to your order.
When contacting us regarding international shipments, please specify Name of Recipient, a phone number AND email for the Recipient, Date needed in hands at the recipient and a complete address as it would appear on the shipping label.
Most products can be shipped to international addresses, though some oversized items can not be shipped to an international address. Please check with us to confirm prior to placing the order.
Recipient is responsible for all applicable custom duties, tariffs, taxes or Valued Added Tax (VAT)m which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Orders are shipped via a traceable international carrier, Delivery should take anywhere between 5-7 business days to reach your country provided there are no foreseen delays in Customs.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination.
